Francisco Sanchez y Garcia Asociados, S.C. (“FSYG” or “we”), with address located at Río Guadalquivir No. 97, Col. Cuauhtémoc, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, 06500, Mexico City, Mexico, undertakes to protect and keep confidential the personal data you provide us and that, for any reason, are in the possession of FSYG (the “Personal Data”). This Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) is made available to you in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations (hereinafter the “Law”), in order to explain the treatment that will be given to your Personal Data. III. Transfer of personal data.

Lic. Francisco Sánchez Sánchez

Obtuvo el título de Licenciado en Derecho del Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Se graduó en 1996 con honores y mención especial por su excelencia académica y trabajo de tesis (“La Competencia en el Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones en México. Caso: La Apertura del Servicio Telefónico de Larga Distancia”). En seguida, completó el posgrado de Derecho Mercantil impartido en la Escuela Libre de Derecho, para después obtener una maestría en la Universidad de Georgetown, en Washington, D.C. (LLM – International Legal Studies).

Por lo que respecta a su trayectoria profesional, el Lic. Sánchez inició su práctica a finales de 1993 con la firma de CREEL, GARCÍA-CUÉLLAR Y MUGGENBURG, S.C., especializándose en cuestiones de derecho corporativo e inversión extranjera.

Posteriormente, en enero de 1997 colaboró con la firma de FRANCK, GALICIA Y ROBLES, S.C., donde participó activamente en diversas transacciones que involucraban cuestiones de derecho corporativo, financiero, competencia, telecomunicaciones y energía.

En el año 2000, el Lic. Sánchez fue invitado como foreign associate por la prestigiosa firma internacional de LATHAM & WATKINS (oficina en Washington, D.C.), en donde asesoró a diversas empresas de telecomunicaciones tanto en cuestiones de inversión como en complejos litigios internacionales.

Actualmente, el Lic. Sánchez es socio del despacho FRANCISCO SANCHEZ Y GARCIA ASOCIADOS, S.C. en donde asesora a individuos y empresas tanto nacionales como extranjeras en cuestiones de Derecho Corporativo-Laboral.

Es miembro activo de la Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C. y de la Texas-Mexico Bar Association.

Lic. Francisco Sánchez y García

Obtuvo el título de Licenciado en Derecho por parte de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México en el año de 1970. Inició su carrera profesional en la firma Arroyo, Gaxiola y Sanchez Abogados, S.C. en donde manejaba asuntos civiles, mercantiles y laborales.

A partir del 9 de marzo de 1970, es invitado a participar con la firma Roel Abogados, S.C. especializada en Derecho Laboral, en donde a partir de 1974 se desenvolvió como Socio de dicha firma. En el año 1981, fundó el despacho Lic. Francisco Sanchez y Garcia, S.C. (actualmente Francisco Sanchez y Garcia, Asociados, S.C.) del cual, a la fecha, continúa siendo Socio director. Del 1 de enero de 1991 al 31 de agosto de 1995, el Lic. Sánchez y García ocupó una de las direcciones corporativas de la empresa Teléfonos de México, S.A. de C.V., en donde tenía a su cargo la responsabilidad y coordinación de las Direcciones Generales de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales y Jurídico.

A lo largo de sus más de 30 (treinta) años de carrera profesional, el Lic. Sánchez y García ha tenido la oportunidad de desempeñar diferentes cargos y participar en un sin número de eventos tanto académicos como profesionales. Durante los años 80’s colaboró con el Centro Nacional de Productividad (CENAPRO dependiente de la Secretaría del Trabajo) diseñando la estrategia para el manejo de las relaciones laborales en las empresas del sector público, tanto descentralizadas como paraestatales, siendo el responsable de la elaboración de la normatividad en todo lo referente a las relaciones colectivas de dichas empresas para con sus trabajadores sindicalizados y de confianza.

Ha sido profesor y ha impartido diversas conferencias en temas relacionados con el Derecho Laboral. Es coautor de diversos estudios sobre la Ley Federal del Trabajo de 1970. Se ha desempeñado como miembro de los Consejos de Administración de Teléfonos del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V., Afore Inbursa, S.A. de C.V., Siefore Inbursa, S.A. de C.V., Patrimonial Inbursa, S.A. de C.V. Intelmex, y otras empresas filiales de Telmex.

Fue miembro del Fideicomiso responsable de la adquisición de las acciones de la empresa Teléfonos de México, S.A. de C.V. por parte del Sindicato Único de Telefonistas de la República Mexicana. Ha participado activamente en diversos procesos de privatización en nuestro país, tales como el del Sector Financiero, Telmex, Ferrocarriles, Industria Petroquímica y Eléctrica por mencionar algunos.

Ha sido asesor externo de la Dirección General de Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), asesor de PEMEX Petroquímica y de la secretaria de Energía y actualmente representa a un gran número de empresas tanto nacionales como extranjeras representativas de los diversos sectores de la economía en cuestiones de Derecho Laboral, Seguridad Social y Estrategia Corporativa-Laboral.
